I wanted to take a moment to say 'thank-you' for the assistance and guidance you have given me over the last 3 years that I have been coached. For me the program with two different coaches has been a great assett and benefit in helping me become a more focused and driven Manager and Person.

The Intercept Program has enabled me to re-evaluate myself and focus on my strengths and identify areas for improvement. By working with my coach and concentrating on these areas, they are no longer an issue or weakness.

My days / weeks are much more structured with far less distraction and my "to do list" gets done!

I would highly recommend the Intercept Program to anyone who wants to get the most our of what htye do. All of the worlds great sports teams and athletes have great coaches and to me the work environment is no different.

Hi! The Intercept Team welcomes you to the success stories site. We hope you enjoy reading the positive impact the Intercept Experience has had on the personal and business situations of some of our clients.

The Intercept Experience is very personal and it is sometimes hard to convey in words the degree to which our clients experience shift in their personal and business worlds once they've completed a program with us.

What we know is, that everything we do at Intercept is geared to deliver relevance and impact for the business outcomes as well as the indiviudal we develop our alliance with.

Here are some reasons organisations come to us: A CEO may need a hand on the shoulder, and the Board recognise that, so we're engaged to delver the Intercept Executive Program. The aim of this would to be an ear, to challenge the CEO on his or her style and to create a space for them to reflect on their own execution of the business' strategy and their influence and impact in the business.

A senior executive might need to have their thinking broadened. Perhaps they're getting a little bored. The business recognises this and so in order to retain them, we are asked to deliver an Intercept Mentor, Intercept Executive or even and Intercept ID program with some interesting specific objectives they would like to achieve for the program.

A leadership, project or cross cultural team needs to tighten up and work more closely for faster results and streamlined communication, this is a job for the Intercept Same Page process.

A franchisee and his wife are looking for some sounding board time and some time to gain clarity on their vision and direction outside of the Franchise system. So they sign on for an Intercept Couples program. Or the Franchise System pays for them to particpate and sponsors the program, providing the Franchise systems views, ethos, goals and values as guideposts.

Client's come to us because they need some extra hands and legs to support the talent they have. They might come to us so they can sponsor someone they see has high potential and needs to be prepared for the future.

In all these cases we work with participants who are open and willing to shift perspectives, or get a lift in courage and energy. We work to achieve solid clarity in Vision and direction and we achieve a lift in communication approach. We may even work towards something as specific as building or tweaking sales capability.
